Suite Magazine

I met Suite magazine´s editor, Marta Capdevila, through a great roommate I had, Julieta, who I knew from high school. We lived in la rue d´Avinyó, and so we were called, Les Demoiselles d´Avinyó, with another English roommate we had, Becky.

I left to Paris for an Erasmus Exchange program in 2005, and when I came back I went to see Marta for coffee, at her headquarters then in Plaza del Sol. During that coffee she thought I should be writing!

I had never thought about it seriously... I loved to write, I just didn´t thought I could do it like this, for a real magazine! Thank God she thought otherwise 😊 She said she needed someone to write on architecture and I accepted.

I will always be grateful to her for thinking for her confidence in my wirting skills and for offering me this job. She is actually the real guilty person for my writing career. From then on I was unstoppable 😊

 Again, like for DAMn later, I always wrote about things I wanted. My favorite mode of working.
